September 16, 2011 - It's with great sadness that we share the news that our chapter's favorite superhero, wish recipient Erik Martin, has died this morning at 11:00 a.m. Thousands of individuals rallied together to help make Erik's wish to become a superhero (AKA Electron Boy) come true in April 2010. He was a true superhero and an inspiration to us all in the way that he lived his life and how he courageously battled his illness. He was a shining light and will be missed. Thank you, Electron Boy, for sharing your bravery, courage and inspirational message of hope with our local, national and world communities.
