Internships

Internships are available for mature high school students, college students and recent graduates interested in learning about and working with a non-profit organization. Internships provide hands-on experience working closely with Make-A-Wish staff. Interns interested in fundraising events, public relations, development, information technology, accounting, and human resources are welcome to submit an internship application. Work hours and time requirements vary per student. Specialized internship projects can also be arranged on a case-by-case basis. The Foundation only offers internships without stipends.

Requirements: Internship application materials, background check, three references and a staff interview. Training is provided in the office by the managing staff member.
