Donate NowGranting a "wish" for a child facing a life-threatening medical condition provides them with a positive distraction from their illness. It offers them something to look forward to, provides the family with an opportunity to celebrate something joyful together -- without any worry or hassle -- and it allows individuals the unique opportunity to be a part of something bigger than themselves. Download this donation form and fax it to 206.623.5333 or send it with your donation to: 3. Make a secure online contribution through the Make-A-Wish Foundation of America® website. You will be redirected to the Make-A-Wish Foundation of America website and 95% of your donation will be forwarded to the Northwest chapter. Please be sure to select our chapter as the recipient of your gift. 4. Make a planned gift.
